Support Analyst/ Senior Service Desk Analyst/ Service Desk Lead / Senior Service Delivery Analyst / Service delivery team lead required for a permanent position in Aberdeen.
Cathcart Associates are working with one of Scotland's most prestigious companies to recruit a Service Delivery Team lead for a permanent position in their Aberdeen office.

Key Responsibilities:
** Developing and maintaining face to face relationships with customers across all locations
** Take ownership of every IT issue from the 1st 2nd and 3rd line teams on site and internationally through to resolution
** Service delivery compliance in line with agreed methodology (ITIL Based) and in line with approved business processes
** Maintain asset registers and track equipment as well as being proactive in ensuring maximum uptime for the users supported
** Configuration of equipment such as desktop, Laptop and video conferencing systems
** Take responsibility and deputise for the Service Delivery Manager
** Regular service measurement through customer surveys. Providing targeted user training programme / knowledge share.
To be considered for this vacancy you must have experience with most, if not all of the following:
** Extensive working knowledge in a service driven support environment
** Technical background required to offer support on short SLA to encompass all IT requests and incidents on behalf of a small number of senior executives
** Experience of supporting high end video conferencing equipment
** Experience pushing support functions for speedy resolution without any direct line authority
** Experience working with AV and Video conference units
** Great knowledge of Service Desk / delivery operations including good knowledge of ITIL practices, industry trends and customer service
** Extremely motivated, organised, combined with strong process and documentation skills
** Passion for best in class service delivery
