Hotel Reservation Software Account Handler

Do you currently hold a reservations or Front Office position within a hotel?

Our client is currently searching for someone to join their fantastic team of support analysts to help look after their large customer base of independent and corporate hotels.

The ideal candidate should have a sound working knowledge of reservation software and Microsoft Office software.  You should have the confidence to work on your own initiative, and have the ability to communicate at all levels and work effectively within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential along with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

This role is mainly telephone based, however, it is not just an ordinary customer services role and anyone who does not have experience using hotel systems will be rejected out of hand.

The client operates from their offices in Shrewsbury and some weekend work will be required.
