Our client is a leading provider of software to the legal and accounts industry requires a Support Analyst to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, market leading company.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

* Working in a front line legal accounts environment.
* Taking and resolving queries that arrive via telephone and email, dealing mainly with cashiers, legal accounting staff and system administrators.
* Ensuring that clients are kept up to date with the progress of their call.
* Production of accounts up to Trial balance
* Ability to deal with questions on system operation, best practice and system problems with control accounts/ bank reconciliations/ record errors.

Person Specification

You Must have the following:

* Excellent communication skills- verbal written and speaking.
* Problem solving skills in an accounts environment
* Be a confident and assertive individual, whilst appreciating the needs of clients
* ability to work in a high pressure and high call volume competently 
* IT Literate
