Supply Planner

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the Supply Chain Team. As the Supply Planner you will be pro-actively managing the Supply plans ensuring their Service levels are maintained and availability of our product range is consistent.

Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Generating Master Production Plans to be issued to the factory Production Scheduler at site, managing the evolving changes.

-Producing an achievable Distribution Requirements Plan.
-Integrate the production and distribution plans to produce the overall supply plan and sure that it is within the appropriate stock parameters.
-Liaising with other parts of the business (HQ, Factories, Procurement, Logistics) and making strategic decisions relating to stock holding).

The Individual

The successful candidate will be of degree calibre having a proven background in distribution or production planning within an FMCG / retail organization, ideally having exposure to a manufacturing environment. They will have exceptional written / oral communication skills being able to quickly establish relationships at all levels. They will thrive in a busy, high pressure environment, being able effectively prioritize workloads. They will have strong MS Excel skills and have knowledge Manugistics, SAP, or similar.
