Job Description

As the Supply Chain Project Leader you will be fully responsible for leading supply chain projects across the business aimed at improving and optimising inventory, costs, customer service and quality. You will focus on areas such as forecasting, capacity planning, inventory planning and reporting. As a strong leader you will be responsible for designing project success criteria and working with internal project managers to ensure projects are completed and implemented ontime. Conducting accurate cost analysis will enable you to identify the most effective options for project production, distribution, inventory and transportation. You will oversee the implementation of all projects to ensure success and provide supply chain feedback to the team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be degree educated in supply chain or related and must have strong project management experience within the manufacturing industry. Candidates will have at least 3 years Project Management experience and a proven track record in leading supply chain projects within large organisations. Those candidates with experience in the garment industry are highly desired. Proven experience of six sigma, Excel and Word are important. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels will be key for success. Strong leadership and decision making skills coupled with great attention to detail and strong influencing and negotiation skills are critical for this role. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
