Supply Care Worker - West Yorkshire

We are looking for experienced residential childcare support workers or individuals with experience in caring for or supporting young people aged 10 to 17 years old.

Within this role you will be responsible for providing day to day care for our young people whether this is supporting them in activities, education or statutory meetings relating to their time in residential care. You will be working as a team to ensure that the home is kept to a good standard including cooking and cleaning.In addition, the role requires you to work shifts, including sleeping and waking nights.

As a supply care worker you will be employed on a zero hour contract and will be expected to provide cover, as and when needed, in our homes which cover the Teeside area.

Excellent progression opportunities are available including a formal Management Development Programme which will lead to the completion of the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, Children & Young People Services.
