Service Supervisor (Service Manager) required for a leading supermarket refrigeration provider. The Service Supervisor (senior Service Engineer) will over see Refrigeration Engineers responsible for maintaining Refrigeration units in my client's supermarkets. The Service Supervisor need to be based in Bristol and will need experience of being a senior Service Engineer.
Client
My client is a major retailer who have over 500 supermarkets UK wide. They seek a Service Supervisor to manage Refrigeration Engineers and ensure all service level agreements are met. The Service Supervisor will be working for a well known brand and leading company. The suitable candidate will ideally come from a background as a technical supervisor, Service management or Senior Service Engineer.
Key duties:
- Ensure all service level agreements are met
- Deal with any technical enquires from Engineers
- Report all out of hour calls on a daily basis
- Ensure high level of Service & Maintenance is maintained.
Key requirements:
-Supervisory experience for a HVAC company
- HVAC experience
- Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Commercial Supermarket Refrigeration experience
- 4/5 year experience in a similar role
