Job Description
Responsibilities
• Managing daily store operations, including managing a team of retail staffs to achieve sales targets
• Conducting regular sales report for management
• Monitoring different aspects of operations to ensure the store complies with the standards of the company
• Implementing proper visual merchandising to attract new customers and public relations
• Providing training to retail staffs including customer service skills and product knowledge
• Understanding customers’ needs and maintain good customer relationship
Requirements
• Tertiary educated
• Have at least 3 years solid experience in retail operations and people management position, preferably from fashion/retail background
• Excellent spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication, team leading and customer service skills
