Our client is a global luxury retail group within the fashion industry. They are now looking for a Supervisor to work in their new retail store in Hong Kong/ Macau.

Job Description
As a Supervisor, you will operate the store through superior customer service, sales management, professional selling and effective staff management. You will need to manage the business on a day to day basis to increase sales and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources, including customer relationship management, team management and merchandise.
• Bachelor degree or above, overseas study or working background preferred
• Minimum 4-7 year working experience in luxury retail, international 5 star hotel or other relevant industry, of which 2 years at the managerial position
• Previous experience in Ready to Wear, Watches or Jewelry will be an advantage
• Proven track record in team management
• Must be fluent in Mandarin; good command of oral and written English
