Job Title:                       Stores Co-ordinator

Location:                       Stevenage

Salary:                          £15,600

Job Role:

To ensure that all parts ordered and requested reach their destination and inform the service desk of the progress of any part. To ensure the stock levels are maintained and recorded accurately and returns kept up to date.

Goods in

Signing for all parcels in-house;

Unpacking and labelling with purchase order numbers;

Booking the parts in and out as required;

Locating stock into bin locations;

Keeping the goods in area neat and tidy

Van Stock Replenishment

Picking all part requests and issuing;

Keeping an up to date system of stock on order with suppliers;

Van stock count once weekly;

Picking and issuing paperwork on engineer order forms;

Van stock despatch notes to be filed in engineers stock files;

Carrying out franking of office post daily

Stock Picking/Packing

Picking parts in the morning, photocopying and passing part order requests to purchasing

Packing in the afternoon

Keeping the packing bay tidy and well organised at all times

Assisting with the removal of recycling goods

General

Assisting in the periodic stock take

Assisting in any office furniture/goods moving

Assisting with vehicle collection and occasional deliveries. As such you should have a current clean driving license

Working hours:  8.30am - 5.00pm
