We are currently recruiting a Store Manager for a leading global fresh food brand in Banbury.
A leading privately owned fresh food & coffee retailer is seeking an experienced Manager to run their Banbury store. The ideal candidate will be results driven and thrive in an autonomous environment. The business has recently opened over 10 new stores in the last 6 months and is continuing to grow. Key responsibilities include;
• Maximising store profitability.
• Managing and coaching a team of 8 - 12 staff.
• P&L analysis & budget control.
• Driving excellent customer service.
• Ensuring high standards are maintained.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Assistant Manager / Store Manager with experience in fast food, catering, coffee shop, cafes, restaurant environments.
The Salary is paying £17,000-£22,000 and is reviewed throughout your career.
