Job Description
Being based in Shenzhen, this global Store Manager, your role is to operate the store through superior customer service, sales management, professional selling and effective staff management.
Manage the business on a day to day basis to increase sales and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources, including customer relationship management, team management and merchandise assortment.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in business, marketing or related fields. Overseas study or working background is preferable. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years work experience in luxury retail, international five star hotel or other relevant industry, of 3 years in a managerial position. Candidates must have proven track record in team management and strong customer service skills and passion in the retail industry. Strong business analysis and plan execution skills is must.
Candidate must be business fluent in English and Mandarin.
