Job Description

As Store Manager, you will look after the whole retail operations in Hong Kong by ensuring the operations are in line with the overall goals, visions and guidelines of the company. You will assess and prioritize all store maintenance issues, and establish report with and manage supply and maintenance vendors. You will also have to manage budget, include all AOP planning and bottom up analysis. You will partner with Area Managers and Retail Director to facilitate training and create retail initiatives to increase sales and operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years management experience in retail business, preferably with experience from luxury fashion brands. Proficient in MS Office is needed. Analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Candidates who have 1-2 years of experience may regard as Sales Associate and 4-5 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager. Our Client offers an attractive remuneration package of up to HKD 35 000 monthly.
