Due to our rapid expansion we are now looking for a customer focused Store Manager to join our dedicated team in Birmingham.

We offer instant cash solutions to our customers including Pay Day Loans, Cheque Cashing, Currency Exchange, Pre Paid MasterCard, Western Union Money Transfers and Gold and Mobile Phone Purchasing. Working as part of the Cheque Centre team will bring real rewards for professionals who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service every time.

As store manager you will take ownership of the branch and its small team, ensuring you drive the business as if it's your own. This will include actively promoting, cross and up selling all our products both in the branch and out in the high street. You will be well organised, and able to plan your approach to generate awareness of the Centre and its services locally to both consumers and businesses.

Are you a motivated, dynamic retail professional with a proven track record of delivering sales and customer service in a busy environment? Can you spot a sales opportunity and cross-sell? Can you manage a tight ship with honesty and commitment, ensuring that we are compliant in everything we do? Do you believe in helping people get the financial help they need through excellent standards of customer service?

The successful store manager will possess excellent communication skills, numerate; have basic IT skills and mobile with the Birmingham area. This role is easily commutable from Wolverhampton, Northfield, Stourbridge, Smethwick, Oldbury, Dudey, and Sutton Coldfield.

Ideally you will be working in an assisted retail sales environment as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, Sales Manager or Kiosk Manager.
