Due to our current Store Manager moving to work with the Head Office Training Team, we are looking to recruit an experienced Store Manager, working closely with the Franchisee, in our existing store in Worcester. Worcester is commutable from locations such as Kidderminster, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Malvern, and Evesham.

You'll need to have previous retail management experience to inspire your team, leading, developing and motivating them to achieve outstanding results through passion, innovation and support. You will be working as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Duty Manager, or Operations Manager. You will thrive in a role that is challenging and demanding - achieving targets for business growth, increasing sales, extremely high standards and staff performance.

The salary range is £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience) + Bonuses, with great opportunities to drive the business forward with plans for expansion.

Most importantly we are looking for someone with a great sense of humour, enthusiastic, energetic and who has the ability to juggle at least eight balls in the air at once!
