Harveys are proud to be opening a brand new flagship store in the heart of Mansfield.
This new store will be our best yet and we are all very excited about the variety of affordable high quality furniture that will available to our customers.
We are looking to recruit a highly talented and successful Store Manager to join this exciting and vibrant venture. The successful candidate will enjoy leading from the front and ensure that they drive performance through their people.
Working 5 out of 7 days, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating your team to achieve results by setting the standard for Sales, Standards and Service within our marketplace.
About you?
You will be passionate about sales, well presented, articulate and be a fantastic motivator. We want you to inspire you team with your fresh ideas and enthusiasm. You will make things happen by being inquisitive and always striving to improve your stores performance. You will enjoy setting exciting and varied challenges so that your team is constantly motivated to aim high. You will have a proven track record in a senior retail sales management role, be commercial in your approach and the desire to be the best!
