Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will have to lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales excellence and achieve the highest standard of customer relations, service and satisfaction through preparing and executing store productivity plans. You will need to retain and build on CRM database, as well as managing the business on a day to day basis to increase sales and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources, including customer relationship management, team management and merchandise assortment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years management experience in retail business, preferably with experience from luxury fashion brands. Proficient in MS Office is needed. Analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Our Client offers an attractive remuneration package of up to HKD 40 000 monthly.
