We are currently recruiting for a Stoma/ Colorectal Nurse to work within the Primary Care sector where you will deliver high quality, evidence based care to all patients with Colorectal disease who require surgery, and who have or may require the formation of a stoma. You will also provide expert advice and education for all staff within the hospital and the community
Responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for reviewing, auditing and improving the quality of care delivered.
This role includes clinical, managerial, educational and professional responsibilities in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Essential requirements for the role:
RGN Qualification
NMC Registered
Stoma or Colorectal background essential
Commercial awareness would be a distinct advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to meet patient and service needs
Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
Dynamic and forward thinking
Determination to progress professionally in Stoma/Colorectal nursing
Driving Licence essential
