Client Based in London is looking for a Staff Nurse - Orthopaedics, to work in the Orthopaedics Unit, over seeing all aspects of patient care from admissions to discharge. Salary range from £30,697 - £34,766 + Benefits
Responsibilities are to leading clinical management of patients, including supporting and mentoring of junior staff, acting as a role model. Ensuring good knowledge is up dated on current developments and trends in clinical practice to include identifying own team learning and education needs, maintaining the competences requirements portraying a positive image and supporting the ward/department team. Ensuring heist quality of practice and care through effective monitoring of own and other clinical competence.
Requirements for a successful candidate:
*NMC Registered
*Have relevant up to date surgical/orthopaedic experience
*Have excellent communication skills
*Have computer, clinical and customer care skills
*Have a good level of spoken and written English
*Committed to making a difference to the patient experience
