Job Description
• Responsible for developing NEW Business for the client to achieve very aggressive growth targets.
• Ability to deliver a sales plan and business development strategy for a assigned region and sector.
• Prospecting of new accounts and contracts to win New business.
• Account conversion to sustainable long term business by consistent BD activities.
• Assist in developing new products and campaigns.
• Support the Client’s overall business development objectives
• Identify revenue growth in major strategic accounts.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Financial Services industry focussed on complex financial products.
• Proven record of new growth and revenues generation across the GCC/UAE region.
• Proven sales experience selling complex technology based solutions.
• Proven lead generation and KPI driven focus.
• This is a Hunter role with aggressive yet achievable targets for NEW Business.
• Strong Negotiation skills – internal and external.
• Proven ability to manage the entire sales process.
• Excellent communication : Face to face, email and verbal. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Responsible for Individual new business generation and managing a healthy and accurate pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and contracts and responses to RFIs and tenders
• Adopt a right-pricing methodology.
• A Self motivated & results driven sales professional.
