SQL Report Writer

Solid Recruitment Solutions are very proud to be assisting a well established organisation in the Chichester area in recruiting a SQL Report Write & Support Analyst for a contract of up to 12 months.  The role is to start immediately with a salary of circa £28,000 per annum.

Working alongside the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Working alongside the Project and Data Analysis Co-ordinator you will be responsible for interpreting the reporting requirements of our diverse range of businesses and deploying reports by using the most appropriate reporting tool.  The role is likely to be 30 % Systems Analysis and 70% Report Writing. You will need to understand and interpret business processes and applications and will perform an integral role in deploying a reporting solution. You will need to work alongside non-technical managers and provide technical solutions. You will also be instrumental in developing reports and supporting our Microsoft dynamics CRM 4.0 system.  You will also work flexibly with the Support Desk offering advice and guidance on user issues when required.

The successful candidate will have very strong SQL skills and be able to apply them accordingly together with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Visual studio 2008 & 2005. You will also have a good understanding of Microsoft Access and visual basic.

You will be able to understand and interpret business requirements and respond accordingly. You will have excellent communication skills together with the ability to work at all levels and to build strong working relationships.
