Reporting to the Reconciliations Manager it will be the successful applicants role to identify & rectify system weaknesses relating to customer & banking transactions, ensuring integrity of reported data and customer transactions.

What we’ll ask you to do:

  • operate above the minimum SQL developer standards set by IT;
  • develop SQL interrogation reports to support audit verification of key financial transactions and processes relating to customer funds;
  • amend SQL bank rec matching rules as appropriate, ensuring code matches the authorised and defined business rules;
  • highlight non-conforming SQL code & agree/implement appropriate rectification;
  • provide independent verification of key business processes and transactions relating to customer funds and reported information;
  • identify process efficiencies and cost saving opportunities.
