Are you looking to embark on a PGCE/GTP in 2014 after gaining a year of invaluable teaching assistant experience?

Are you a recent graduate with at least a 2:1 degree from a good UK university?

My client, an outstanding secondary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their excellent SEN department.
You would be required to:

-Support excellent teachers within the SEN department
-Work 5 days a week, full time for the complete academic year.
-Covering classes from year 7 through to A levels.
-Work in a group of 3-6 pupils with both speech and language difficulties.

Candidates will ideally be a UK graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 degree and experience working with children and learning difficulties. However this is not essential. The school is looking for bright individuals with excellent communication skills that will be able to build a good rapport with pupils of varying ages.

This role is an ideal opportunity for a graduate seeking further experience and aiming to take up a PGCE/GTP in September 2014.

School based interviews are in May/June but we will be looking to undertake registration interviews at Academics ASAP.
