This innovative Molecular Diagnostics company develops, manufactures, and markets fully-integrated systems and tests for genetic analysis allowing scientists and clinicians access to rapid, sophisticated genetic testing for organisms and genetic-based diseases by automating otherwise complex manual laboratory procedures.
This fascinating and important role will see you providing field based pre- and post-sale applications support and customer training to ensure successful introduction of the company's molecular diagnostics systems and associated products to the market place. You will work alongside your colleagues in sales providing the highest levels of expert technical advice to support customers with significant part of the role will be involvement with demonstrations, seminars, workshops and exhibitions both at customer sites and international congresses.
You will be a qualified molecular biologist, fluent in technical French, and with experience in a similar support role in the Clinical Molecular / Microbiology market. A confident and enthusiastic communicator, you are able to easily build rapport with customers and offer a "better than the rest" service.
Previous commercial technical / application support experience is a MUST as is fluency in French AND English.
