Specialist Science School require a Science Teacher ASAP!
A thriving Academy, multicultural secondary school in Croydon are currently seeking a KS3 and KS4 science teacher, with preferable experience in teaching their subject specialism (either Physics, Chemistry or Biology) at KS5. However this is not an essential prerequisite and primarily the school are looking for a qualified science teacher with a genuine passion for Science and dedication to achieving the best for their students. The position will begin as temporary with view for the right candidate to become a permanent staff member.
As a specialist science college, their state of the art science department is excellently facilitated with 8 fully equipped laboratories and a large ICT suite. With consistent expansion and extended provisions of the Science Curriculum, the right candidate will join a flourishing team and continue the trend of improving results at all Key Stages.

- Be a Qualified Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status
- Have previous experience as a KS3 and KS4 Science Teacher in a UK secondary school (if you are an NQT, this experience must be reflected in your teaching placements)
- Must hold a current Enhanced CRB disclosure or be prepared to apply for a new one
- Have utmost confidence in your subject knowledge
- Be fully committed to raising achievement
