Job Description
As a Spa Manager, you will have to manage the formulation of customer experience strategies in accordance with the corporate standards and requirements for the responsible centre of the assigned district. You will need to supervise the customer services team by uplifting their skills in order to achieve company objectives and targets in terms of customer service standards and employees satisfaction. Also, review customer services procedures and foster customer relationships by improving the operational effectiveness and enhancing customer service standard at the top class level.
You will require a Degree in Operation/Hotel Management, Business Studies or related disciplines with at least 8 years of management experience in service/retail industry. You need to have excellent people management and coaching skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese are a must. Candidates who have less experience will be considered a Assistant Manager.
