Job Description
You will be required to assist the head chef
Prepare fresh food daily
Create new ideas and have in-put into the menu
You will be required to work quickly but accurately
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have good banqueting experience
An interest in fresh cooking is essential
Previous experience of working as a sous chef essential
Driving license due to location
Good references
