This fantastic family feel company is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join it's team. Whatever your background the most important thing is your willingness to be part of a real team!!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth operation and running of the kitchen in the Head Chef's Absence
- Motivating the brigade in all it's areas to ensure the kitchen is working to it's full efficiency at all times.
- To carry out any reasonable requests made by the Head Chef.
- To ensure all menu items are properly prepared using correct recipes, methods of preparation and presentation.
- To carry out Stock control and all ordering as necessary
