My client operate a beautiful destination restaurant, situated near to Holt in North Norfolk.  Working to a rosette level, all food is sourced locally, and all meals are prepared from scratch.

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience at a senior level within a small kitchen team. You will have prior experience working at a rosette level. The ideal candidate will be able to create menu items from scratch. Some pastry experience is a definite advantage.

This is a perfect role for someone looking for an improved work life balance, with two evening shifts and daytime straights throughout the week. You will be working within a small dedicated team, led by a highly skilled Head Chef, where your menu input and creativity will be allowed to flourish. In exchange, the client are looking for an exceptional candidate, with ambition and enthusiasm.
