As the new Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef as part of the Kitchen team to ensure that exceptional service is provided to all the customers. The team is now seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to help them maintain the 2 rosette standard in the brassiere. Due to this they are looking for a strong team player with the ability to work in a highly pressurised and fast moving environment. Ideally you should be enthusiastic and dedicated with a minimum of 2 years experience in a high quality establishment.
