Sous Chef

Our Client is a privately owned restaurant group with more than 10 sites and further openings planned over the next couple of years. Serving only the best fresh food, being as loyal as possible to local suppliers the Restaurants have attracted a reputation for great value authentic food prepared by trained chefs, delivered with excellent front of house teams.

For their Ilkley site we are looking for a talented Sous Chef who has worked to a rosette level. You will be a CDP and have at least three years experience in a busy, quality restaurant or Hotel or a Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge.  

You may have a branded or independent background; either will fit. This company is a small group so works to systems and standards throughout but with a level of quality usually seen in a single independent site.

This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to build his/her career towards Head Chef and beyond.
