This quality 4* hotel are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for their property in the Chester area. This branded 4 star property boast a busy banqueting operation plus popular restaurant which has recently been re-branded.
Job Description
As Sous Chef you will report to the Head Chef assisting with training and motivating your team, ensuring that the kitchen is profitable and is clean and safe at all times and keeping to the hotel's strict brand standards.
Required Experience
* A strong background working within a similar corporate hotel used to company policies and procedures
* Strong experience on volume conference and banqueting
* A good strong career in the industry with no 'job hopping' or periods of short term work
* A passion for food and the industry
* Strong team leading and communication skills
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £22-25,000 depending on experience plus excellent company benefits.
