Solutions Architect Lead, EMEA OCG/RPO

What is the job?

The Solutions Architect will support the OCG Regional Practice Leads in expanding business across the region by creating and designing workforce solutions to match customer requirements, both now and in the future. These solutions could be Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP) or more integrated and blended models. This demands a demonstrated knowledge of recruiting, an ability to translate customer requirements to shape appropriate solutions, and a keen ability to think strategically as well have strong analytical skills.

Who will you work with?

The Solutions Architect will partner with Kelly OCG various Subject Matter Expert teams in solution content design, development and implementation and be an active member of our global practice for cross-continent solutions. Interpersonal and team skills are essential, as well as communication and presentation skills.

Where is the location?

The Solutions Architect should reside in continental Europe; domestic and international travel is estimated at 30%.

What skills should you bring?

You will have demonstrated experience developing workforce (RPO & MSP) solutions within the talent/recruitment environment. You will have strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills. Cross-group collaboration, teamwork, and influencing will be components to your success. You are fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
