SOLDERERS & SOLDERING TEAM LEADER

Our client are a rapidly growing electronics organisation. They are well established and are in the process of moving to new, much larger premises due to increase in business.

This role is preferably temp with a view to permanent status.

This role will involve leading a team of six that will be expanding.  You MUST be able to solder fine pitch surface mount and through hole conventional components.  IPC trained would be an advantage.  You will have experience in leading teams and within the electronics industry, be hands on, specific experience in assembling PCB's using hand soldering techniques.

They are also seeking to recruit general Solderers, who MUST have experience in soldering fine pitch surface mount and through hole conventional components in electronics. (Soldering test will take place at interview stage)

Hourly rate for the general Solderer is £6.50 per hour.

For the Team Leader role this is negotiable dependant on skills.

Please note this company are not based very close to Basildon Train station  so you will need to either drive or live in the Basildon area.
