Software Team Leader -  C#, C++ - Defence/Telecomms.

As a Software Team Leader within the team in Hampshire, you will work supporting several engineers on new and innovative projects in a fast moving environment. 

As a Software Team Leader your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Experience of C++ and C#

Experience of managing and mentoring a team

Overall architectural understanding of software

Experience of writing new software.

As a Software Team Leader your main responsibilities will involve:

Managing and mentoring a team of engineers offering technical support

Responsibility for technical support for the team

Developing new software strategies to ensure project deadlines are met.

What we will be looking for in you:

We are looking for a highly professional technically astute individual who can add value and expertise in a fast moving environment.

Qualifications - Degree or equiv in numerate discipline, Software Engineering, Computer Science etc  MEng.

Key Skills Experience  with C#, C++ development in a GUI, .Net, Windows, Linux (desirable).

Experience managing colleagues/sub contractors on a project basis.

Excellent people management sills, strong communicator.
