Job Description

The Software Sales and Training Administration team supports the sales process for the product.

This includes;
. Preparing documents, renewals, and courses for clients.
. Responsible for the Management and Development for the sales and training of the administration team.
. Develop and provide regular and adhoc reporting to include fee quotations and licensing
. Establish and maintain strong relationships between the software teams and the appropriate business services functions (HR, Finance and IT).

Person Specification

An experienced Manager with the ability to manage and develop people

Confident and articulate

Able to build and maintain strong relationships

a logical but pragmatic thinker

Able to evaluate systems and processes and continually seek improvement

numerate (able to understand financial data

Previous experience working in a sales or transactional environment.
