In this position you will provide our customers with a smooth, timely and efficient conversion onto their new Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process. We accurately convert data from a customer’s previous system to our software. This process can be complicated, meaning the successful applicant will translate technical information for non-technical customers, while remaining patient and enthusiastic.
Main responsibilities include travelling in a team to install and covert our software for customer site. You will meet with dealership management to customise our software for their needs and provide a consultative service to ensure optimal usage of our software. You will also assist with training key dealership personnel on the software - conducted in a group or individual setting. From the office you will support customers and conduct follow-ups from recent installations.
Training: Depending on skill level/experience, training will take approx 3 mos. You will attend Software Education training courses in client classes and complete Computer Assisted Instruction courses as applicable. You will also shadow and accompany other consultants to site visits.
Skills Required:
