What you’ll be doing:

> Helping to build industry leading big data and interaction analytics platform
> Creating robust high-volume production applications 
> Building and developing prototypes and proof of concepts quickly 
> Delivering high quality, on-time releases 
> Delivery of assigned projects on the Engineering Roadmap 
> Participating in definition, design and implementation phases of products 
> Translating features into technical requirements, solution design and design documentation 
> Building efficient and intuitive user interfaces for our products 
> Researching new technologies and incorporating them into new and existing products 
> Working to improve the efficiency and functionality of current systems and products Identifying opportunities to improve development processes and increase production efforts 
> Mentoring junior engineers and sharing technical expertise across the team

What we are looking for:

> Self-motivated, intelligent and fun people
> Strong written and verbal communication skills 
> Good understanding of web based server side applications and database operations 
> Awesome object-oriented Java coding ability
> Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design 
> Experience working with various web based technologies and with web development and services administration 
> Either Both back-end OR front-end software development experience 
> Be capable of designing and coding scalable back-end components that deal with large volumes of data 
> Extensive experience in working with web based service APIs 
> Excellent algorithm and design pattern skills and experience Great skills in SQL. 
> Experience with MySQL and MySQL administration would be great Experience in distributed computing is very desirable

Languages (Combination of any):

> Object-oriented Java
> Javascript (JQuery, AJAX)
> SQL databases (especially MySQL)
> Hadoop
> XHTML
> CSS
> Web-based Service APIS.

You may have worked in the following capacities:
