Job Description
Our client has a challenging opportunity for a Reviewing Officer to work for a local authority based in Merseyside.
You will be required to provide an independent chairing service for multi-agency and departmental meetings in matters relating to Child Protection and Looked after Children, to facilitate inter-agency and departmental working in relation to Child Protection and Looked after Children through effective communication with all relevant agencies and promote and monitor adherence to the Child Protection procedures.
The post is full time Monday to Friday and a car driver is preferred.
Applicants must hold the Diploma in Social work or equivalent, be registered with the General Social Care Council and demonstrate a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience within child protection.
This post is subject to an enhanced CRB.
