As a high performing authority we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Level 2 Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities team.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* A social work qualification.
* HCPC Social Worker registration.
* Extensive children's social work experience.
* Knowledge of the legislative framework that governs children's services.
* Experience of managing and conducting a range of complex assessments, including experience of both Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
* Experience of co-ordinating care packages and identifying appropriate resources is also essential.
* You will have a creative and adaptable approach to working with children and their families; always keeping the voice of the child at the centre of the case.

THE ROLE
The Children with Disabilities Team (CWDT) is a county wide team that works with children from birth to 18 years of age, supporting children with complex health requirements and/or severe learning needs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You will be required to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner to undertake the duties of the role.
This post will attract the payment of relocation expenses where applicable in line with the current Lincolnshire County Council relocation Scheme.
