First 2 Find Recruitment (a specialist in Social Care) working with Brent Customer and Community Department have a vacancy for a qualified Social Work Assistant to assist with adult social care experience. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake the following:
To assist the social workers to manage a caseload which includes vulnerable users and / or those with complex problems.
To be familiar with FACS assessments of individual’s social care needs, within specified time limits and in collaboration with health and other relevant agencies.
To assist in planning relevant responses to meet individual needs in collaboration with relatives, carers, advocates and representatives, and in consultation with health and other agencies.
Must have excellent customer care skills and be computer literate.
Must have CRB.
