Pay - £28.00 - £32.00
- Providing a service to people with mental health, and/ or addictions within the parameters of the eligibility guidelines, the CPA framework, the Community Care Act 1990, Mental Health Act 1983, and any additional relevant legislation.
- Providing an assessment, care planning and review service for adults with Mental Health within the parameters of the eligibility guidelines, legislative requirements and Departmental policy and procedure (where applicable, assessing jointly with health colleagues within Mental Health Trust guidelines).
- Purchasing services (where appropriate) to meet the requirements of individual care plans in accordance with the Council’s policy and procedure.
- Monitoring service delivery to ensure it meets with quality assurance standards and is efficient and cost effective, and identify unmet need.
To undertake ASW training and undertake ASW duties.
