Our client is one of the biggest regional main contractors in the UK, with a well deserved reputation for delivering a quality product. They require an experienced site manager to assist on a £11+ million new student accomodation build.
The ideal applicant should have at least 8 years previous experience working on high value contracting schemes with a UK based contractor and have experience on a RC frame build.
The ability to communicate at all levels and a good eye for detail are essential.
Applicants must have valid CSCS Card, Four Day First Aid, as well as SMSTS, and must live within easy commuting distance.
