Swim Nursing Team are looking to recruit a Sister for an IVF unit in a private hospital in London. This is a permanent position.

You will support the IVF Co-ordinator to ensure that the Unit maintains the highest standard of clinical practice and patient care. Your role will include you being responsible for implementing and monitoring patient treatment cycles as well as maintaining effective communication channels between patients and staff

It is essential you have the following:
•Registered Nurse Level 1 with NMC pin
•At least 4 years post qualification experience
•3 years in an IVF setting
•1 year (at least) as a Senior Staff Nurse within an IVF Unit
•Minimum 2 years experience at Junior Sister/Charge Nurse level
•Evidence of professional update
•Proven leadership skills
•Prepared to work flexibly within working hours
