The role:
At TJX we promote a fun and people focussed environment, and working as a Shift Operations Manager within the Processing Centres the expectations are high, meaning there is never a dull moment.
The role is pivotal in contributing to, planning and executing the day-to-day operational strategy, ensuring the site successfully achieves its daily targets through, coaching, motivation and management of your team of First Line Managers.
Your role shall be critical to define recruitment, training and succession needs to meet the business plan and continually identify and recognise talented individuals to support our future growth.
Through coaching of your teams successfully partner with other areas of the operation you will ensure Health and Safety, performance and Quality standards are achieved, through promoting 'best practices' to identify and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
You will be expected to embrace the informal yet progressive culture, where no two days are the same and have the ability to complete multi tasks whilst continually driving for results.

Person Specifications and Role Requirements:
For the role of Shift Operations Manager you will be required to lead, orchestrate and energise your teams, whilst having the proven ability to take responsibility for the site and achieve tight deadlines through a Quality and Health and Safety mindset.
We are seeking management professionals that have drive, passion and pace to deliver results through their teams.

You must have experience of working in a fast paced target driven environment managing headcounts of 250+ and direct reports of 10+ in a retail environment.
