To manage a fast moving time critical environment with continual changing targets across the day. You will be tasked with managing the operation in order to meet contract KPI's and report back internally and targeted with continual improvement to staff productivity and full utilisation of resource.

Key responsibilities:

- To allocate work to all staff that jobholder has responsibility for, in a fair manner, whilst ensuring meeting of operational requirements.
- To ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all operational targets and key performance indicators.
- To ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standards at all times.
- To ensure a pro-active approach to cost and service performance improvement at all times
- Attend any developmental training as required in compliance with the Companies commitment to Investors in People standard
- To contribute to the preparation of and meeting the targets set within the contract budget and business plan.
- To ensure that the contract team are motivated and have the relevant skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximise

*Develop and Manage the performance of the Warehouse Team by implementing relevant measurable objectives and key performance targets for all dept processes, within set timescales, that align with the departmental strategic pillars.
*Ensure compliance to all Company Health and Safety and GMP standards at all times, always working in a health and safety conscious manner
and aware of any issues that may arise from your own actions.
*To supervise and manage agreed budgets and capital expenditure specific to your area of control, and ensure auditable operational and financial records are maintained by assigned staff.
*Collaboratively work with the Warehouse management team to ensure all Service expectations and Site KPI's are achieved, (internal and external).
- *Experience of leading and managing Warehousing dept within manufacturing ENVIRONMENT,Preferably educated to HND level or equivalent in Logistics Field.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Effective Leadership skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, direct and guide others. To be decisive, pro-active and assertive.
*Proven ability to define and manage to clear process standards
