Shift Manager

My client is one of the UK’s largest manufacturers of children’s and adult confectionery, and is a leading producer of novelty and own label products.

With several manufacturing sites across the UK they have built up and enviable reputation for product innovation and have received numerous awards for own label products. They were the worlds first large scale 'nut free’ segregated factory and have a constant focus on innovation

Due to their continued growth and expansion plans they are now looking to recruit a number of Shift Managers for their site based in Norfolk

Working on rotating 6-2 and 2-10 shifts you will be required to management, motivate and direct a team of up to 40 staff. You will have sole responsibility for the production, quality and hygiene process in your area of the factory and will report to the operations manager.

Ideal candidates should have the proven ability to work at this level preferably having already worked within a food manufacturing environment. Candidates who have worked with Confectionary or similar products would be desirable. You must also have a Food Hygiene Certificate and good knowledge of HACCP
