Search Consultancy is working alongside a national housing association to source a sheltered scheme manager in Ilford, Essex. Working with older people, this non residential role will involve:
- Providing a housing service including allocations, lettings, rent collection, tenancy enforcement etc.
- Working within the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework to write and implement support plans
- Carry out morning calls to all the residents within
- Liaise with other agencies, including GPs, carers, families, district nurses etc.
- Ensure that all residents are claiming the maximum benefits available to them
- Providing a tenant participation service, including the organisation of activities and trips.
To apply for this role you must:
- Have experience working within older people's housing
- Be fully aware of working in Supporing People funded housing projects
