1st Line/ Service desk/ Help desk - Central London.
Candidates will possess extremely strong communication skills who demonstrate a hunger to succeed in IT. This is a fantastic career progressing opportunity for the right candidate. Experience required: 1st Line support, Customer service skills and a strong personality. After training, the role will involve taking in calls to a busy service desk, logging the call accurately and escalating to relevant team basically identifying the difference between a SQL database issues and a Network related issue then directing to appropriate team.
Ideal candidate will be a graduate who will have some commercial experience in IT and be aware of SQL although not essential.
