Service Delivery Manager - 12 month contract - Aberdeen

IT Service Delivery Managers required on long term contracts for major Oil Service Company in Aberdeen. We are looking for two experienced, customer focused IT Delivery Managers to take responsibility for the delivery of internal IT Services and my client, a global oil services organisation.

You will have many years' experience in IT, with a strong understanding of IT operations within a major corporate environment (be it from a Service Desk environment, Offshore communications, Document Management, Sharepoint, ERP delivery etc), ideally gained in the oil or engineering industry.

The role will involve owning the successful delivery of IT services to internal customers. You will be the point of contact for service delivery for stakeholders at all levels, up to CXO, and thus you should have excellent relationship building skills, the credibility to deal with senior clients, and exceptional communication skills. You will review existing SLAs and OLAs, as well as developing new ones, and work with existing technical teams to ensure that services are being delivered to expectations. As the point of contact for the business with IT, you will be responsible for identifying and spearheading new projects and new initiative you believe are necessary, and thus you should have a strong understanding of a particular area within IT.

These will be long term assignment, and we are looking for people to interview and start soon - but can accommodate notice periods.
